Accessibility Statement
Last updated: July 19, 2026
Financially Lit LLC is committed to making UFinLit (u-finlit.com and app.u-finlit.com) accessible to the widest possible audience, including people with disabilities.
Our Standard
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. We maintain an Accessibility Conformance Report (VPAT 2.5), which is available to institutions on request.
Measures We Take
- We consider accessibility in design and development, including semantic structure, labeled form controls, keyboard operability, and clear, consistent navigation.
- We include automated accessibility checks in our development process.
- We are conducting a formal accessibility audit (automated and manual assistive-technology testing) and remediating findings on an ongoing basis.
Known Limitations
This statement reflects an ongoing self-assessment; a formal third-party audit is in progress. We are actively verifying and, where needed, improving: text alternatives for images and icons, color contrast, visible focus indicators and focus order, and the announcement of dynamic content to assistive technologies. If you encounter a barrier not listed here, please let us know.
Feedback and Contact
We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of UFinLit. If you experience difficulty accessing any part of the Services, or need content provided in an alternative format, please contact us:
Reach us through our contact page.
We aim to respond within 5–7 business days and to provide the information or assistance you need.
Assessment Basis
This statement is based on a self-evaluation against WCAG 2.2 AA and a VPAT 2.5 conformance report. It will be updated as our formal audit is completed and improvements are made.
